Riccardo Bovino


Graduated in Law from the University of Bari in 1998, he completed a specialization in Corporate Law at the Faculty of Economics of Bocconi University in Milan in 2000. He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2001 and has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2018.

He has over twenty years of experience in both Italian and international law firms, with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions and M&A operations, both domestic and cross-border, advising companies, banks, and financial intermediaries. Over the years, he has held the position of Senior Associate at Clifford Chance in Milan; Equity Partner and subsequently Member of the Board of Directors at La Scala – Società tra Avvocati per Azioni; and Equity Partner at Grimaldi Alliance (formerly Grimaldi Studio Legale).

He has taught in the "Business Lawyer" and "Law and International Trade" Master's programs organized by Il Sole 24 Ore, and has served as a speaker in Continuing Professional Education courses accredited by the Milan Bar Association.

He served as General Counsel of BF S.p.A. (for which he currently acts as a consultant for Strategic Legal Affairs), and is a consultant to BF International Best Fields Best Food Ltd for Strategic and Institutional Affairs.

He has held the position of Member of the Board of Directors as Independent Director and Head of the Internal Audit Function of GGH–Gruppo General Holding S.r.l., a company supervised by the Bank of Italy; Member of the Board of Directors as Independent Director and Head of the Internal Audit Function of DGPA Italian Growth SICAF S.p.A., also supervised by the Bank of Italy; and Member of the Board of Directors of Acquazzurra S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment.

He is currently a Member of the Advisory Board – which he chaired until 2024 – of the “Fondo Italiano Agri & Food – FIAF”, managed by Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR S.p.A. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of MedOr Italian Foundation.
