Maria Teresa Bianchi

She graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rome "La Sapienza". He is Professor of Business Economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rome "La Sapienza". He teaches Business Economics in the three-year degree course and Economics of Groups and Industrial Aggregations in the master's degree course at the Faculty of Economics. He is a professor of Healthcare Organization and Management at the School of Specialization in Hospital Pharmacy. She is the author of numerous publications on corporate economic issues. He has organized and participated as a speaker in numerous national and international conferences. He is a member of national and international scientific bodies and societies.

He is a member of scientific committees and of the editorial staff of national and international scientific journals. He has been working as a freelancer since 1993. He is the contact person for the Bianchi and Partners Business Consulting Network for the teams involved in assessments and "due diligence", drafting of Organizational Models pursuant to 231/2001, recovery and turnaround plans. Since 2011, he has held positions on the corporate bodies of joint-stock companies, including listed ones.
He currently holds the following roles: he is president of the Board of Directors of REV Società digestion management S.p.A. since June 2016, upon appointment of the sole shareholder, Crisis Management Unit at the Bank of Italy. He has been an Independent Director of Banca Finnat Euramerica, since April 2021 and President of the Appointments Committee and President of the Remuneration Committee. He is an independent director of BF S.p.A. since May 2022, President of the Control and Risk Committee, President of the Related Parties Committee and Member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee. He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the O.d.V. of INWIT S.p.A., since April 2021. He has been president of the Board of Statutory Auditors of TIM Venture S.r.l., TIM group since April 2021. He has been president of the Supervisory Body of TIM Venture S.r.l., TIM group since April 2021. He has been Supervisory Board. monocratic of SPEA Engineering S.p.A. since December 2020. He has been a member of the Supervisory Committee of Banca Romagna Centro and Macerone, Banca di Credito Cooperativo in L.c.a., appointed by the Bank of Italy since 2015. He has been the sole auditor of KW Investments s.r.l. since July 2023.
